Assessments are very important and will keep you motivated. Body fat %, body measurements,
flexibility and strength assessments will be part of every exercise program. Seeing
these changes in your body will help keep you motivated. Also, educating you about
a fitness lifestyle. Giving you the power to succeed on your own. It’s true, knowledge
is power.

Q: Why do I need a program customized just for me?
Everyone is different with his or her goals. Some may need more help with the exercise
routines, while others may need help with the nutrition part. There are 5 components
with any good exercise program. When followed the better chance of success.
They are nutrition (meal planning), supplementation, a proper resistance program,
cardiovascular exercise, and professional assistance.

Q: What results can I expect on your program?
Just like anything else, It’s what you put into it. It depends on your goals, but
most clients see 1-2 lbs loss in 1 week. With a good exercise program you can expect
a 3% body fat change can occur in a 6-week time frame. The more fitness components
you follow, the better chance you will succeed with your goals

Q: How long have you been in business?
I have been in the fitness industry over a decade. I have worked at with over 300
clients with many different types of goals in mind. Losing weight, flexibility,
balance, increasing metabolism, eliminate aches and pains, strength, increase lean
body mass, and athletic performance. I have worked in many gym settings, YMCA, 24hr
fitness, and others. The In-home personal training began around 8 years ago.

Q: How often should I meet with a trainer?
On average, most clients do best when they meet with me 2 - 3 times per week. Less
than that many people tend to lose interest. Here are a few things to keep in mind
when determining how often you'll meet with your trainer.
- How fast do you want to achieve your goal and see results?
- The more frequently you meet with your trainer the faster you'll see results and
achieve your goals. There are several reasons for this including; consistency, accountability,
education & motivation.
- Everyone needs help from time to time.
- Most clients I work with start out meeting me 2-3 times per week. It depends on
a few factors, available times, goals, and commitment.

Q: I don’t have exercise equipment, can you still train me in my
home?
I have everything we need for a successful exercise workout. I have stability balls,
rubber bands, & free weights that I will bring to you home. Whatever your exercise
level, I guarantee you a great workout.

Q: Are you Nationally certified? Do you have insurance?
I have a certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association,
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 99. I also hold a degree in
Exercise and Fitness from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. I am insured with
the NSCA.

Q: What areas of San Diego do you service?
The Fitness studio I work at is located in the Poway area, right off the 15 and
56 highways in San Diego, CA. In-home training, I go as far as Poway, Rancho Bernardo,
Rancho Penasquitos, Scripps, Carmel valley, Rancho Sante Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Solona
Beach, and Del Mar.
