Moses Fitness offers a variety of in-home personal training packages to serve the unique needs of each client. We'll develop a in-home exercise prescription focused on your goals that incorporate nutrition, resistance training, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. As your personal trainer, it's my commitment to help you:

There is a lot of confusion surrounding our field. I want to give you 6 criteria or elements you absolutely, positively must have in any solution you obtain:
- When working with a trainer make sure the education and certification is specific to your needs and goals. Look for a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist "CSCS Certification". NASM, ACSM, and ACE are also reputable companies.
- Look for at least a decade of experience training clients.
- Look for at least 5 years experience training at a top nationwide facility.
- Make sure the trainer has Personal Training Insurance.
- An experienced trainer should offer either in home or in studio sessions for your convenience.
- Make sure your trainer is full time in their field with an exercise and fitness degree from an accredited university.
